Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We only replace items that are defective, damaged or are not in accordance with your order. If there is ever a problem with your order, please email us right away so we can correct the mistake as quickly as possible.

For all personalized, group and custom orders, we cannot accept exchanges unless we have made a mistake with your order.

For standard orders (those without custom printing), exchanges can be made for a different size.  If we are out of stock for your size, we will fill your exchange order once the size has been restocked.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your standard item for a different size. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of the order being placed and must be in their original condition and packaging.  

1. Send an email outlining the issue to info@goforcover.com
2. If your request is authorized, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided in our response.
3. Complete the Return Form including the RAN.  (This form can be completed by hand or, if you download it, you can type into it.)
4. Mail the form along with the approved item to: GoFor Cover® Clothing at the address in our response with the RAN.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Occasionally, deliveries do not make it into our hands so you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
